You (as a user) may cancel a meet without penalty; provided, however, that you have not already initiated the meet with the Expert via the Services. You (as an Expert) may cancel a scheduled meet without penalty at any time. If you have been improperly charged for a meet that was canceled and require a refund, please contact Expertify at support@Expertifynow.com.

The refund process takes 7-10 working days to process the refund.

All charges incurred from the use of our services will be billed under the name LN Webworks Pvt Ltd – Expertify.
